Salt Cave (Halochamber) – A Grotto-Inspired Retreat for Relaxation. Immerse yourself in the Salt Cave (Halochamber), designed to echo the peacefulness of a natural grotto. Here, we've recreated a microclimate similar to that found in natural salt caves. Our halochamber is fitted with special halogenerator that disperse a microscopical of salt particles into the air. The air in the halochamber is ion-rich (much like the air after a thunderstorm), providing a space where bacteria and viruses are not typically present. A session in our halochamber offers a unique way to unwind, similar to spending time by the ocean. Guests often report feeling reinvigorated and experiencing an uplifted spirit after a first visit.

Contraindications:

It is undesirable to visit the salt chamber if the following diseases are detected:

  • Viral infections in the acute stage;

  • Bronchitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis and other respiratory diseases in the acute stage;

  • Renal and heart failure;

  • Increased body temperature;

  • Active stage of tuberculosis;

  • Malignant tumors of any localization;

  • Visiting the cave while intoxicated.

Course duration, duration and frequency:

For a more sustainable effect, the course of halotherapy should consist of at least 10 visits to the chamber. If the goal is to improve skin condition, then the duration of the course can be up to 20 sessions. To improve the condition of asthma and chronic tonsillitis, at least 25 halotherapy procedures are required, and about 15-20 for rehabilitation after protracted diseases. One session lasts 45 minutes. Breaks between visits should not be longer than two days - so the effect will have time to consolidate. Before salt therapy, it is better no eat (at least 1 hour before) After salt therapy recommendations: 2 hours no eat, 2 hours no take shower, and 30 minutes no drink.
